| Lean Six Sigma | |
| Description This three day course provides an overall insight into the techniques of Six Sigma, its metrics, and basic improvement methodologies. This fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma (or Yellow Belt) course gives an introduction to process management and he basic tools of Six Sigma, giving employees an understanding of processes, enabling each individual to provide meaningful assistance in acheiving the organization's overall objectives. The DMAIC model is reviewed in detail and DMAIC tools are demonstrated. |

| Cancellation: To withdraw from a course you must send a request in writing to pdc@odu.edu or fax to (757) 683-5509 one business day prior to the start date of the course. Failure to attend a course does not constitute withdrawal. Course registration fees, less a $75 processing fee will be refunded via check per Old Dominion University policy (we are unable to return money to a debit or credit card). There are no refunds once the class has begun. |
